The tools on this site are lightweight AI-powered prototypes I've built quickly to test real ideas, not production systems. Every prototype is guided by AI Fluency principles, combining human expertise with AI to deliver practical, trustworthy solutions, and the same approach scales to complex, enterprise-grade work that automates workflows, guides decision-making, accelerates knowledge transfer, and delivers personalized experiences at scale. "Lightweight" here means no backend server, no stored user accounts, and minimal processing, keeping these demos free to run and free for you to try. It's a great fit for demos, internal tools, and low-volume use, though not a substitute for a production-grade system built for real scale, sensitive data, or business-critical uptime. If one of these prototypes solves a real problem for you, I build out a fully custom version, with proper hosting, authentication, data storage, and the reliability a production tool needs.
Have a challenge you'd like to solve with AI? Let's build it together.

Score incoming requests before committing capacity. Answer every question in a section to reveal a weighted priority score and label. This is the live version of the same framework behind my Prioritization Framework case study, built to evaluate both individual training requests and strategic initiatives, then combine the scores to identify what should be built first. It can be integrated into the initial training intake process and a project tracker to score, prioritize, and rank incoming requests against existing work.
Give it a try, and explore both 01: Training Prioritization and 02: Strategic Initiative Prioritization
Learning Outline Builder powered by AI. It can be expanded into a course builder that rapidly creates complete courses from a single source of truth.
A guided calculator built with AI that tells you what it costs to design and develop a learning solution. Answer a few simple questions about your team, timeline, and resources, and get an accurate cost breakdown in minutes, no spreadsheet required.
See the full return on your learning investment. This tool built with AI, walks you through design and delivery costs and measurable benefits to calculate your Net Benefits, Cost-Benefit Ratio, and ROI, so you can show the business impact of your training with real numbers.

This AI-powered assistant helps managers prepare for performance reviews through a structured, evidence-based process. It walks through an employee's goals and achievements, examples that show the quality and impact of their work, alignment with core values, feedback from peers and stakeholders, and how their performance compares at the same role and level, then helps determine the rating that best reflects their overall contribution.
This tool builds the blueprint, the what, not the how. It prepares the evidence, rating, and talking points ahead of calibration, it doesn't rehearse the actual conversation with your employee.
The assistant then guides managers through key calibration considerations and produces two outputs:
Performance Review Conversation Summary: a discussion guide highlighting accomplishments, strengths, development opportunities, and key talking points.
Calibration Summary: a concise summary of performance, supporting evidence, and recommended rating to share with the calibration team ahead of time.
In your Claude environment, no separate tool to open, just type 'Plan for a Performance Review' and it launches automatically.
This 9-box rating form built with AI is a focused prep tool for individual performance reviews. Rate performance and potential, add supporting evidence, and watch your performance rating map in real time to its exact box on the 9-box grid, so managers walk into calibration with a placement they can already explain, not just a number.
Talent calibration grid built with AI is a live, drag-and-drop 9-box designed to support both calibration preparation and live calibration sessions. Managers can plot employees by performance and potential, adjust placements as discussions evolve, and keep supporting evidence and context one click away for every placement.
This AI-powered learning module gives managers just-in-time guidance for planning and conducting effective performance review conversations. Give it a try.
While the Plan for a Performance Review tool below builds the content of the review itself, this module focuses on the conversation, helping you practice how you'll actually deliver it to your employee.
When integrated into your organization's AI environment, managers simply type 'Performance Review Conversation Training' to launch the module directly within the AI chat, delivering concise, step-by-step guidance right before a review.
For organizations wanting more depth, the module can also point managers to comprehensive training, including interactive exercises, knowledge checks, videos, and simulations, combining the speed of AI with the depth of a full learning experience when it's needed most.
The succession calibration grid uses the same structure as the talent calibration grid above, but the definitions for each part of the grid are tailored specifically to leaders. Built with AI, this live, drag-and-drop 9-box is designed to calibrate leaders and compare performance and potential across the leadership population when planning for succession. Managers can plot leaders based on performance and potential, adjust placements as calibration discussions evolve, and keep supporting evidence and context one click away for every placement. The grid's naming conventions can also be customized to align with the organization's talent and succession language.
The AI-Powered Interview Guide Generator creates customized, role-based interview guides using comprehensive libraries I developed of technical skills across modern job functions and job families, paired with a robust inventory of behavioral competencies.
In a real-world environment, you simply enter a job role into your AI platform. The tool identifies the 15–20 technical skills most critical to success in the role and maps them to the behavioral competencies needed to apply those skills effectively. The same approach can also generate role-relevant interview questions aligned with your company’s values.
When deployed within an organization, I work with you to validate and customize the skills and competencies for your specific job functions, job families, and roles. This creates tailored interview guides that help hiring teams consistently evaluate candidates against the capabilities that matter most for success in each role.
An interactive, browser-based tool that guides you through building a complete organizational change plan — from initial setup and stakeholder impact assessment through readiness scoring, action planning, and rollout monitoring. Built around the ADKAR framework, it carries information forward automatically between sections (affected groups, impact ratings, team members) so nothing has to be re-entered, and it auto-calculates readiness scores, impact levels, and a live rollout dashboard as you go. Offers both a "Quick" mode for smaller changes and a "Full" mode covering every ADKAR-aligned question, with built-in guardrails like completion tracking, required-field flags, and a printable summary. Designed and built iteratively with AI.
