I specialize in talent management, performance management, and organizational development, including how careers are structured and how people move through them, with learning and development as one part of a much broader toolkit. Over 15 years, I've worked as an instructional designer, facilitator, consultant, program manager, and people manager, leading global teams across each of those disciplines, while also serving as a talent business partner across six countries.
That breadth shows up in the kind of learning and performance solutions I build too. I've designed technical certification programs for engineers, led leadership development for executives, and delivered full-scale implementations and integrations across HRIS, LMS, and performance platforms, because the same systems-thinking approach works across all of it.
I build these solutions the way a product team builds a product, supported by data, tested against real outcomes, and designed to solve an actual business problem rather than fill a training calendar. Whatever I build, I align it to business priorities first, then turn it into a framework other people can actually use, not a one-off fix that only works once.
Developing talent goes beyond learning programs. It takes consistent coaching, clear feedback, and guidance that builds trust and strengthens working relationships. I work directly with managers and their teams to expand capability and confidence, so they can take on new challenges, make sound decisions, and solve problems on their own. My approach centers on listening, asking the right questions, and helping leaders think through situations rather than handing them a solution. I coach across talent reviews, performance management, engagement, career growth, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management, drawing on my experience leading high-performing teams to every conversation.
I've brought this same approach across financial services, retail, energy, enterprise cloud, SaaS, and the public sector, adapting it for environments that are fast-changing, tightly regulated, and mission-driven, sometimes all three at once.
