I designed a connected talent ecosystem that aligned systems, workflows, and daily behaviors. The HRIS (Workday), LMS (Litmos), and performance platform (Lattice) worked together to automate access and centralize goals, IDPs, 1:1s, and career paths, while Slack reinforced engagement through timely nudges. The ecosystem supported development through three connected phases: defining development priorities by reviewing career expectations, identifying strengths and growth areas, building an IDP, and selecting targeted learning resources; translating those priorities into SMART goals aligned with project and personal goals and tracked over time; and sustaining growth through ongoing conversations, reviewing progress in regular one-on-ones and refining priorities as needs evolve.
The organization moved from fragmented tools to one unified, high-performance system.
