I began with strategy and business alignment, assessing stakeholder needs to define platform requirements.
Next, I led a cross-functional vendor evaluation to select the platform best aligned with business strategy and SCORM compliance requirements, built the business case for approval, and onboarded the vendor through Graphite Connect and Coupa.
I then led solution architecture and configuration, assembling a cross-functional team from Learning, HRIS, IT, and Security to configure the LMS, establish SSO, integrate with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, and build the governance model that defined ownership, support responsibilities, and ServiceNow integration for ticket management.
Content, data, and adoption followed: designing learner data structures, reporting dashboards, learning paths, and adoption campaigns. Migration, testing, and launch completed the implementation, including legacy content migration, integration validation, pilot testing, and go-live.
The program concluded with continuous optimization, using performance data and user feedback to refine the platform after launch.
The LMS became a strategic platform for capability building and performance improvement, not just a course catalog.
