Real-time tracking of priorities across the organization.
I partnered with the executive leadership team to translate strategic priorities into organizational OKRs, then collaborated with leaders across the business to cascade goals from the enterprise level to business units, teams, and individual contributors. To support adoption, I configured the goal framework within our performance management platform, built executive dashboards to track adoption and progress, and trained managers and executive assistants on goal reporting and accountability. I also created a centralized knowledge hub with toolkits, templates, job aids, and self-service resources, developed e-learning to guide employees through goal creation and tracking, and partnered with our CEO to introduce the framework during a company-wide town hall. To reinforce adoption, I worked with Internal Communications on a three-month awareness campaign and established quarterly governance reviews and biweekly executive reporting to monitor progress, realign priorities, and keep goals aligned with evolving business needs.
Goals became visible, aligned, and actively managed across the organization, not just documented once a year.
