The program had three stages:
External assessment: Leaders studied the market, competitors, customers, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Internal assessment: Leaders reviewed company strategy, financial performance, operations, and business challenges. We used STARS and TOWS to identify priorities and areas that needed attention.
Leadership activation: Leaders explored the company culture using the Denison Model and participated in hands-on experiences that pushed them outside their comfort zone. They then adapted their leadership approach and created a 30/60/90-day action plan supported by coaching.
Leaders reached effectiveness faster and drove business impact earlier than they would have otherwise.
