To build technical credibility, I first earned a cloud certification through a third-party provider to deepen my own understanding of cloud technologies, then interviewed leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Technical Support to identify role-specific skill gaps and connect them to business and customer outcomes. Working alongside Product Managers, I mapped the company's cloud portfolio into a comprehensive learning architecture and partnered with subject matter experts to develop the curriculum, assessments, and hands-on labs, building three progressive certification levels, Basics, Intermediate, and Advanced, that culminated in a capstone whiteboard architecture challenge where participants designed and defended cloud solutions. To drive adoption, I secured executive sponsorship, launched a targeted communications campaign, and created visible recognition for certified employees through certification flags they could display at their workstations, helping establish cloud certification as a source of pride and technical excellence.
Established a certified cloud workforce that increased customer confidence, accelerated sales, and improved support performance.
