Frequent acquisitions, executive turnover, restructurings, and a public-to-private transition created shifting priorities, change fatigue, and declining engagement.
Structured change framework with diagnostic assessments across four focus areas:
Experience & Communication
Capability & Readiness
Leadership Activation
Integration & Reinforcement
Two targeted NeuroLeadership Institute programs activating the framework
Practical toolkits and a centralized knowledge hub supporting sustained adoption
100% manager participation
91% adoption of change tools and frameworks
Engagement related to leading change up 74%
The four focus areas came to life through two programs built with the NeuroLeadership Institute. Leadership Activation ran through “Leading Through Change,” equipping managers to model the change, hold effective conversations, and reinforce expectations through their own behavior. Capability and Readiness ran through “Growth Mindset,” building employee confidence and ownership through self-paced learning paired with facilitated, discussion-based sessions. Experience and Communication was addressed through consistent messaging embedded in both programs, while Integration and Reinforcement came from the centralized knowledge hub and practical toolkits that kept the change visible and supported long after initial rollout.
Leaders and employees developed the capability and confidence to navigate change effectively, not just awareness of it.
